Stephanie Chillious Joins ONEIL as Human Resource Director

MIAMISBURG, OHIO, July, 27 2023 — ONEIL & Associates, Inc. (ONEIL), an employee-owned company that makes equipment safer to use, faster to repair, and easier to maintain, today announced Stephanie Chillious as its new human resources director. Ms. Chillious began her new role July 17th and will work to shape the ONEIL culture, refine HR processes and maintain the generous ONEIL employee benefit programs.

Ms. Chillious joins ONEIL with over a decade of invaluable HR experience. Prior to joining ONEIL, she served as the Director of Human Resource for a home health agency where she gained valuable knowledge and experience in the HR environment. Throughout her tenure she led human resources programs including benefits, compliance, employee relations, onboarding, and HR systems.
