Maintenance Planning

Developing an effective maintenance plan is critical because the majority of a program's lifetime cost is incurred after its fielded. We can define the maintenance tasks, conduct a LORA, determine manpower skills and facility requirements, etc.

Supply Support

Regardless of your product type, keys to successful sustainment are making sure that you are able to have the right replacement parts available, in the right places, and at the right time. Whether it is a government requirement, airframer, or a commercial product with field repair personnel, ONEIL provides the analytics to help our customers identify these key parts and assists them in making sure the parts are available when needed. The last thing you or your customer wants is downtime of your product because a part is not available.

Support and Test Equipment

Proper operation of complex equipment often requires support and test equipment. Identifying this equipment and communicating when and where it is to be used, as well as how to make sure it is fully functional, is a necessity to maintaining a long product life cycle. ONEIL creates operation and repair documentation of this equipment. We also prepare the lists of required support and test equipment for your users/maintainers so that they are capable of proper product sustainment whether the product is out in an agricultural field, flying passengers, or being operated by the military.

Manpower and Personnel

Depending on your requirements, ONEIL utilizes many different methods and specifications to determine manpower and personnel requirements needed to properly operate and maintain many different types of equipment. ONEIL frequently provides Maintainability Task Analysis (MTA) and maintenance analysis services to our commercial and military customers to allow them to plan and staff maintenance activities accordingly. We routinely perform these analyses in accordance with U.S. military standards such as MIL-PRF-49506, DI-MISC-80508B.In addition we provide Safety and Hazard analyses to assist our clientele in making certain that personnel are working in the safest environment possible. We routinely use MIL-STD-882 as a guide for our reports.

Using both historical and statistical methods, ONEIL identifies the skillsets and quantities of personnel required to perform a maintenance action. We then communicate this information to our customers in the form of a maintenance planning document allowing your equipment operators to effectively plan a maintenance strategy that works for your product and their situation.

Computer Resources Support

Either for testing, operation, or maintenance, there are many times a complex piece of equipment will require computing technology to support it.
