A Message to Our Valued Customers Regarding COVID-19
At ONEIL, our first concern is always the health and safety of our employee owners and those we serve. As such, we are closely monitoring reports from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization regarding COVID-19 and understand that we are facing an unprecedented situation. That’s why I wanted to update you about how we’re approaching the situation at ONEIL.
First, we want to extend our heartfelt well-wishes for a full recovery to those affected by this illness. Our thoughts and prayers are with them and the many healthcare workers who are working tirelessly.
Second, we are committed to reducing the spread of this illness, which is why we are enacting corporate policy shifts that will reduce health risks while still delivering the highest levels of performance, availability and security to you, our valued customer.
At this time, ONEIL facilities will remain operational during the 15-day period of social distancing established by the White House, but we have directed all non-essential associates to work from home. We’re asking ONEIL teams to work with customers, vendors and each other through digital channels where possible. We have also cancelled all travel for the foreseeable future, enhanced cleaning and disinfecting processes in all facilities, and we continue to encourage adherence to hygiene protocols suggested by the CDC. Our goal is to make these shifts as smooth as possible to ensure seamless product delivery and customer service.
