Kristen O’Sullivan Joins ONEIL as Chief Financial and Operating Officer

(ONEIL), a leader in technical documentation and product support solutions, announced today that Kristen O’Sullivan has joined the company as Chief Financial and Operating Officer (CFOO). In this executive leadership role, O’Sullivan will oversee all financial and operational functions, guide strategic planning, strengthen internal controls, and drive organizational efficiency to support ONEIL’s continued growth.
As CFOO, O’Sullivan is responsible for financial reporting, forecasting, compliance, and performance measurement while ensuring day-to-day operations align with the company’s long-term objectives. She will collaborate closely with the senior executive team to enhance cross-departmental integration, streamline processes, and help maintain operational excellence across all business units.

O’Sullivan brings more than 20 years of experience in enterprise financial management, strategic planning, and organizational transformation within the United States Air Force. During her distinguished tenure, she directed fiscal and execution oversight for portfolios ranging from $500 million to more than $75 billion. Her leadership included spearheading multi-center integration efforts, strengthening internal controls, and driving performance optimization initiatives that achieved a 99.99 percent execution rate. Her contributions also unlocked hundreds of millions in funding for mission-critical programs.
