ONEIL Human Resources Manager Karen Holbrook oversees the organization’s HR function, including pay, compensation and benefit structures, workforce planning and coaching, and recruiting and training for more than 200 employees.
In this role, Karen applies her deep experience to ensure the company is an industry leader in terms of employee attraction and retention, and educating personnel about compliance, as well as ensuring that ONEIL’s mission and vision are articulated through its workforce. She also oversees the implementation of all HR-related software solutions.
Prior to joining ONEIL six years ago, Karen worked as an HR generalist for a range of organizations, including government contractors in the manufacturing space. During this time, she developed and honed her skills in developing highly competitive, innovative, and committed staff.
Karen holds a Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from Wright State University. She is a certified by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and is a member of the Miami Valley Human Resources Association (MVHRA). She is also a member of “World at Work,” a global association for human resources management professionals and business leaders focused on attracting, motivating, and retaining employees.
