Erik Shelton

Erik Shelton joined ONEIL in 2016 after spending more than 20 years working for Fortune 500 companies. In his role as Vice President of Operations, Erik is a member of the Executive Management Team and directs all facets of the business for the Defense, Aerospace, and Commercial business units for all company operations.

Mr. Shelton began his career with the Mead Corporation (now WestRock) and over his 11-year tenure, held roles in finance, logistics, and operations. Following Mead, Mr. Shelton worked for the Dover Corporation (DOV) for 12 years in a number of roles of increasing responsibility in logistics, operations, and supply chain management. In 2013, he was promoted to General Manager and Director, Global Business Development, over one of Dover’s alternative fuels business units. Mr. Shelton holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, Public Administration, and Economics from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio), a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University (Cincinnati, Ohio), and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt through Global Productivity Solutions (Clinton Twp., MI).
