Andrea Stamas is Manager of Marketing, Brand, and Communications, reporting to the President and CEO as a member of the executive management team. She has extensive experience developing and managing brands, marketing products, and services, and developing and implementing communications programs.
Andrea’s team is responsible for all marketing and branding activities, including marketing strategy and operations; brand development, creative, and governance; trade shows and events; the corporate web site; and digital and social media marketing strategy and implementation. She also manages the company’s content strategy, messaging, media relations, and corporate and internal communications.
Before joining ONEIL, Andrea was Senior Global Brand Manager for Teradata Corporation, where she managed the corporate brand program and co-led several company repositioning/rebranding efforts. She was instrumental in launching the independent Teradata brand at spin off from NCR Corporation, including developing the company’s first logo, brand guidelines, identity system, brand architecture, product and service naming, and co-branding strategies. She was also responsible for creating the company’s horizontal product collateral and sales tools, and industry-specific collateral for 11 verticals.
Prior to Teradata, Andrea held a variety of strategic marketing and communication roles at NCR Corporation, including Managing Editor of its monthly print employee magazine with a circulation of ~40,000.
Andrea earned her professional writing certification and Bachelor degree in English from Wright State University, graduating summa cum laude. She is a former member of the Association of National Advertisers, the Society for Technical Communication, and the International Association of Business Communicators, where she served as Vice President-Finance, for the Dayton chapter.
