Elizabeth Wiesman Joins ONEIL as Human Resource Director
MIAMISBURG, OHIO, September 28, 2022 — ONEIL & Associates (ONEIL), an employee-owned company that makes equipment safer to use, faster to repair, and easier to maintain, today announced Elizabeth Wiesman, as its new human resources director. Ms. Wiesman began her new role September 6 and will work to shape the ONEIL culture, refine HR processes and maintain the generous ONEIL employee benefit programs.

Ms. Wiesman brings decades of HR experience in finance, research & development, and DoD industries. Prior to joining ONEIL, she served as the Director of Human Resource for a software-engineering firm where she was able to incorporate industry best practices to build an efficient human resource function and thriving company culture from the ground up.
