Web Solutions
ONEIL's sophisticated hosting and support infrastructure, along with flexible service level agreements, can provide your organization with the ultimate flexibility and cost-effective internet hosted applications and websites. That means you get what you want when you want it, without the headaches, capital expenditures, and additional personnel. We feature on-target metrics combined with lightning-fast response times. Our template-based solutions are quickly implemented and cost-effective because you pay only to customize for your need rather than developing an entire solution from scratch.
Network Architecture
- Switched Ethernet LAN with core-to-edge topology providing dedicated bandwidth to the desktop and a high-speed fiber backbone for servers
- Multi-fabric 4Gbps Storage Area Network (SAN) with performance-tiered storage capable of sustained I/O output of 25,000+ Input/Output Operations Per Second (IOPS)
- 12+ TB (12,000 GB) of storage for file and print services
- 30+ TB (30,000 GB) of storage for applications and SQL-powered databases
- Cloud-based server infrastructure including N=1 host redundancy, virtualized storage and automated provisioning
Hosting
- Fault-tolerant 100 Mbps bandwidth available for hosting customer sites
- Carrer-class firewall cluster with multiple DMZs
- Redundant web, application and database server tiers
- Network and application support staff available 24x7x365 to ensure maximum hosted application availability
- Regular, automated security scans using the latest known vulnerabilities and attack techniques

Corporate Data Center (Miamisburg, OH – Headquarters)
- Raised floor with 15-ton Liebert cooling and accompanying standby unit
- 50-kVA Liebert UPS and backup diesel generator
- Keycard-controlled secure access
- Automated FM-200 fire suppression and water detection system
- Industry-standard Liebert server enclosures
Colocated Data Center (Miamisburg, OH – Headquarters)
- Redundant cooling
- Diesel-powered backup generators
- Keycard-controlled access
- Camera monitoring of the data center area
- Redundant 1 Gbps Internet connectivity located in a Tier 1 ISP Central Office (CO)
Disaster Recovery
- All servers at the corporate data center are replicated in near real-time to the co-located data center
- A disk-to-disk-to-tape (D2D2T) data migration strategy combined with a continuous data protection (CDP) framework allows crash consistent data restoration from any 30-minute interval within that same period. Historical snapshots of data can also be retieved if needed
- A recovery time objective (RTO) of less than 24 hours and a recovery point objective (RPO) of less than 30 minutes can be realized in the event of a disaster recovery operation (full or partial)
