E-Learning
Computer-Based Interactive Training (CBIT)
Our e-learning programs are developed as client-based tools. Training courses may also be delivered via CD or DVD. These solutions provide a cost-effective training and information tool that allows you to:
- Thoroughly train and certify a diverse and geographically widespread student population
- Collect student certification data in a way that can be easily transmitted via e-mail from remote locations
- Record students’ progress level data locally so that an instructor may recall it for review at any time
- Administer an interactive test at the end of each module, requiring a minimum score for successful completion and advancement
- Make use of state-of-the-art multimedia capabilities
Objective Testing and Evaluation System:
Our testing and evaluation development process can be described in the industry standard, ADDIE, which we adhere to for our design process.
- Analyze
- Design
- Develop
- Implement
- Evaluate
You tell us what tasks, knowledge, or skill the student needs to learn, how well they need to know it, and within what constraints. We will develop the training objectives to that end.
All of these activities ensure that there is a relationship between the stated learning objectives and the exercise. By using the strengths of varied student interactions, the retention rate of the training can be significantly increased. Following the completion of the lesson, the learner can be required to take an assessment test and earn a passing score before credit is received and proceeding to the next topic.
