O’Neil & Associates offers a number of benefits to direct employees. Employees are eligible to join all insurance plans on the first of the month that follows 30 days of employment. Employees are eligible to join the 401(k) plan after 1,000 hours of service. Employees are eligible to use the exercise facility and the paid leave benefits immediately after being hired.
