QUALIFICATIONS:
- MHS Senior must plan to attend college. The senior must be able to demonstrate academic achievement, community/school involvement and financial need.

Applicants are required to write a letter detailing why you should be considered for this scholarship. Letters should be no more than 500 words. Your letter must address each of the following components:
- Describe your academic achievement
- State the field you will major in
- Tell about any community/school involvement that you have
- Explain why going to college might be difficult without this scholarship
- After reviewing the website, describe your thoughts on how O'Neil serves society and the economy
- If you worked at O'Neil, how would your major relate to O'Neil's business?
- You must submit 3 letters of recommendation: 2 from MHS faculty, and 1 from a community member
- Your application letter and letters of recommendation must be submitted to the MHS guidance office no later than April 12.
