O'Neil & Associates, Inc. is headquartered in Miamisburg, Ohio (just South of Dayton), where it occupies a 78,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art facility situated on a 16-acre campus.

We have a well-equipped ILS shop, which we have used to support work with many of our clients, especially on DoD projects that require extensive coverage of troubleshooting, diagnostics, and maintenance procedures. Our facilities are access controlled via key cards. Employees are stationed at each entrance to the building. All employees wear badges with photographs. Visitors sign a visitor log and are required to wear visitor badges and be escorted while in our facility.

Our largest satellite facility is in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, where we have over 20 personnel. Our San Diego office specializes in intrusive diagnostics and related software development. We also have business development representatives in Pensacola, FL and the Dallas, TX area.
