Minolta PPD retained us as their vendor of choice to develop a state-of-the-art Computer-Based Training (CBT) program focusing on training and support services for Minolta's complete line of printer products.
Their primary goal was to provide a cost-effective training and information tool which will:
- Thoroughly train and certify Minolta's diverse and geographically widespread student population
- Collect student certification data in a way that it can be easily transmitted via e-mail from remote locations
- Migrate to total implementation on the Internet, in planned phases, as Internet technology improves
- Permit timely modifications to course content and certification
- Make use of state-of-the-art multimedia capabilities
The average student completes the course in about 4 hours.
