BOOZ ALLEN HAMILTON
EBS Project Workspace (WBT)

In September 2002, AFRL contracted with Booz Allen Hamilton to design, develop, test, and implement EBS Module 1, Plan and Program with Cross Cutters. Implementation included establishing a "train-the-trainer" program to support fielding Module 1 capabilities. Those capabilities include Tasker Management, Document and Records Management, Headquarters Planning and Programming, Corporate Calendar Management, Customer Relationship Management, Business Decision Support, and Collaboration.

Lessons learned from the fielding of initial Module 1 capabilities and feedback from EBS trainers and users indicated that AFRL and the EBS Program Office should examine alternatives to the train-the-trainer approach. The EBS Program Office requested a proof-of-concept for the use of computer-based training for an EBS application that would be used by a significant number (up to 9,000) of AFRL personnel. The project was awarded to O'Neil in March 2004 and completed in July 2004.
