Red River Army Depot HEMTT National Maintenance Work Requirements
Under a direct, fixed-price contract from the U.S. Army, we created nine new National Maintenance Work Requirements (NMWRs) to provide the overhaul instructions for various models and components of HEMTT vehicles. The work involves research, data gathering, interviewing subject matter experts, authoring procedures, creating illustrations, validation procedures, and delivering reproducible copies of these nine DATMs.
All efforts performed under this contract were delivered following O'Neil & Associates' ISO 9001:2000-approved processes and procedures. All efforts performed under this contract were delivered according to the preestablished schedules. The only small delay was for U.S. Army reviews which required additional time to complete. All efforts performed under this contract were completed within the firm, fixed-price quote. The customer reported complete satisfaction with O'Neil & Associates' performance on this project.
