Technical Illustrators
Technical illustrators provide illustration and multimedia support for various projects and programs. Examples include printed publications, interactive electronic technical publications (IETP), and e-learning/training environments. This process involves close collaboration with both internal and external subject matter experts.
Preferred skills and experience include: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Flash, Action Script, Photoshop, Cinema 4D, Maya 3D, Adobe Flex, C#, VB.Net, Pro/E, Unigraphics NX, JavaFX, Acrobat 3D, Solid Works, ATA and DoD illustration specifications, IsoDraw, IsoDraw CAD process, HTML, and GUI design.
Projects include the creation of enhanced schematics, isometric illustrations, 3D animation, e-learning/training support, IETPs, and photo tracings.
