O’Neil provides all full-time employees and part-time employees (defined as 30 or more hours per week) basic short-term and long-term disability insurance and life insurance through the UNUM Life Insurance Company. Coverage is effective the first of the month after 30 days of employment. All basic coverage is provided at no cost for the employee.
