O’Neil offers a variety of career paths to applicants. One path involves the authoring of operation, repair, maintenance, and training manuals. Another path involves the creation of software that allows our clients many options to distribute this vital information to users of their equipment.

Our current staff consists of technical writers, technical illustrators, provisioning and parts specialists, Web application developers, database engineers, analysts, software testing specialists, and software support engineers.

The Technical Writing Group writes step-by-step instructions on how to operate, maintain, and repair vehicles, aircraft, support equipment, and appliances. The Technical Illustrating Group creates the illustrations and animations that accompany these procedures. The Provisioning Group determines disassembly order and parts lists for these manuals.

Our Technology Group converts traditional paper manuals into interactive electronic technical manuals (IETMs). The E-Learning Group develops instructions to be used as training tools and e-learning courses. The Information Systems (IS) and Help Desk Group maintains the servers within the company and provides solutions for end users.
