Application Service Provider Services/Managed Application Services (ASP/MAS)
O'Neil's sophisticated hosting and support infrastructure, along with flexible service level agreements, can provide you with the ultimate flexibility and cost-effective means to get what you want when you want it without the headaches, capital expenditures, and personnel. We feature on-target metrics/measurements combined with lightning fast response times. Amortize the cost of implementation cost across the ASP/MAS fees or simply choose to implement one of our ASP template solutions. Our template-based solutions are fast to implement and cost-effective because you pay only to customize for your need rather than developing the total solution. We make product support happen!

Disaster Recovery
- We perform a daily backup of our entire network and maintain multiple sets of media, both on-site and off-site, with a third-party vaulting service (50 miles away). The media rotations are managed in accordance with our approved ISO 9001:2000 procedures.
- Critical functions in our network environment are redundant. All network storage is fully fault tolerant and hot swappable.
- Our server platforms are nonproprietary, meaning a production capability could be restored with minimal interruption in the event of a disaster.
We are currently hosting several revenue-generating B2B sites with no significant downtime issues. Hosted site traffic topped 100 million hits with overall network availability at 99.9 percent during CY 2004. We have business interruption and valuable papers, as well as casualty insurance, and are prepared for the unlikely event of disaster from both network and business standpoints.
