About ONEIL
Community Outreach
O’Neil & Associates has an active community outreach program through our Helping Hands Committee. The committee works throughout the year to sponsor events and help charities in the communities where our offices are located.
The members of this committee determine where our “casual day” donations and other fund-raising capital will be donated in order to make the most positive impact on our community. Aside from a few annual projects, most projects vary from year to year based on the greatest need and the interests of the committee and the employees.
ONEIL sponsors events and helps organizations such as:
- Care Packages to U.S. Troops
- Nonprofit Organizations, such as the Red Cross and the Susan Komen Breast Cancer Foundation
- Miamisburg Schools
- Shriners’ Hospital
- Humane Society
- Habitat for Humanity
- Back to School Shoes
- Community Blood Center
Larry E. O'Neil Scholarship
