O'Neil & Associates, Inc., founded in 1947 as an engineering and development firm, is a global leader in the creation of product support documentation and information solutions. We specialize in content development, open architecture solutions, Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs), e-learning, and content management systems.
Throughout the years, we've continued to expand and develop our staff and skills for technical writing, graphics technology, parts cataloging, information engineering, logistics support, and process development. We welcome and incorporate the best of evolving publishing technologies available to manage and distribute information in ways that best serve our clients and their industries. We still create documentation with paper when necessary, but we also create, manage, and distribute product support information electronically, via the internet, CD-ROM, DVD, and other media. Today, ONEIL is a leader in product support documentation development. We serve customers worldwide from our 78,000-square-foot corporate headquarters in Miamisburg, Ohio. Although our headquarters is in Miamisburg, we have offices located throughout the country and near many of our client locations, so that we can serve all our clients with a personal touch.
